ToothPrep is strictly an educational tool designed for dental board preparation. The content provided does not constitute professional clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must never use the information on this Site to treat patients or make clinical decisions.
3. No Guarantees
While the Site provides study logic and practice questions, ToothPrep makes no guarantees regarding your performance on the ADAT, INBDE, AFK, or any other official examinations. Past performance by the creator does not guarantee future results for users.
4. User Accounts
To track your progress, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ToothPrep reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
The code, design, logic frameworks, and original question sets provided on ToothPrep are the property of the creator. You may not scrape, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToothPrep and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to exam failure, academic disciplinary action, or clinical errors.
